I. COLUMBUS BUILDING AUTHORITY (CBA) LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2003:
Authorization is requested of a resolution affirming to proceed with the
financing of the following projects through the Columbus Building Authority
Series 2003 Lease Revenue Bond Issue: construction of two fire stations, a
skate park supercenter, two parking garages, 800 MzH tower, renovate and expand
the Convention/Trade Center, storm water enhancements, and road resurfacing
reconstruction projects. An agenda report and resolution are included.
II. TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURE FOR RIVERSIDE OFFICE BUILDING:
Authorization is requested for a temporary street closing and rerouting of
through traffic to accommodate the construction of Riverside Office Building
and Parking Deck. An agenda report and resolution are included.
III. QUIT CLAIM DEED - BILTMORE DRIVE:
Authorization is requested to execute a Quit Claim Deed to John Fiske for an
existing 10-foot drainage and utility easement located at 3951 Biltmore Drive
in Biltmore Forest. An agenda report, resolution and map are included.
IV. ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS ? CHERRY WOOD DRIVE:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Cherry Wood Drive
located in Section Sixteen, Sweetwater Village. The Department of Engineering
has inspected this street and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report,
resolution and map are included.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be held at 8:30 AM on

Provide complete officiating services for basketball related events, at City

1. Riverwalk - Bibb City to City Mills, Phase II ? Bid No. 03-0024
Provide services for the construction of a proposed Riverwalk Extension between
32nd Street north along the Chattahoochee River to a point near 38th Street.
The work primarily involves clearing, grubbing, grading, installation of a four
hundred foot (400') prefabricated steel bridge and construction of a
twelve-foot (12') wide asphalt pathway at-grade, as depicted on the drawings.
The work also includes installation of small buildings associated with parking
for an overlook area in the vicinity of 38th Street.
