Have the staff to consider putting out for bids for a private contractor

to cut down these dead trees on an emergency situation that are on the City?s

right-of-ways, that are in individuals? yards. (Request of Councilor McDaniel)

Once the election is over with, have the staff to give us a final turn

around time; because the recount was done one week and then the absentee ballot

date was not done until the following week. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)
