DEMOLITION ORDINANCE:
Have the staff to provide some type of a time line that would be
necessary; so, we would be able to give Mr. Khan a definite window of when we
expect the repairs to be done. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

BID (BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT) BUDGET:
Provide a work session on the BID budget for a description of what the
actual tax dollars were designed to do. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

EMPLOYEE & RETIREE BENEFITS PRESENTATION:
Provide a copy of the information that was not included in the Council?s
packet that was discussed during the presentation, such as, the feedback from
the Employees Benefit Committee. (Request of Councilor Davis)

UPTOWN COLUMBUS:
Have the staff to address the issues that have been occurring downtown,
because the focus seems to be on one particular business, but we need to
address issues with the Police Chief regarding the Tenth Hundred block on down
to the Twelfth Hundred block. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
