An ordinance revising the organizational chart for the Columbus

Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



Section 1 of Ordinance No. 02-103 is hereby amended by repealing the

Organizational Chart dated October 1, 2002 and replacing it with the attached

Organizational Chart dated September 8, 2003. The Chief of the Columbus Fire

and Emergency Medical Services Department, Mayor and Human Resources Director

may make minor modifications to said Organizational Chart dated September 8,

2003 which do not involve changes in the number of authorized personnel or

changes in the Position Classification Plan.



SECTION 2.



All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are

hereby repealed.
