OLD BUSINESS

Chairman Clack inquired about the starters. John Milam reported starters are

manning the tee seven days per week and this is working well. The starter

verifies receipts, records time out and in and pairs up players if needed.

Twosome?s will be held 10 to 15 minutes and if no one appears to be paired up,

then the twosome can tee off. The starter also does a walk-around of golf

carts to check for damage or anything unusual. John also reported on school

play update?Columbus High School will practice on occasion, Brookstone will

practice on Tuesdays. Columbus High School will host a regional tournament in

March with 9 holes played on Monday and 9 holes played on Tuesday.

NEW BUSINESS

Floyd Washington stated he had been asked by some maintenance employees about

a pay raise. The response was to remind employees that a raise had been given

effective July, 2002, and to work in good faith that raises will be looked at

when the renovations have been completed and our revenue has picked up.

Research to be done on selling advertising on scorecards by John Milam and

Chairman Clack.

Motion made by Richard Hagler and seconded by Rhudine Nelson to adjourn

meeting at 4:55pm.

Respectfully submitted,

June Holder, Secretary
