An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 715 Sheridan Avenue, from A-O (Apartment-Office) District to R-3A

(Medium Density Residential) District.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:





That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from A-O

(Apartment-Office) District to R-3A (Medium Density Residential) District:





All that lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as Lots 3, 4, and 5,

Block ?F?, Benning Park, a subdivision of Columbus, Georgia, as said lot is

shown on a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 38, Folio 17,

and Deed Book 65, Folio 121, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court

of Muscogee County, Georgia
