WHEREAS, Mr. Harvey F. Brown, former employee with the Public Services

Department, died on July 22, 2005;

WHEREAS, Mr.Brown retired on December 31, 1984 after serving more than 38 years

with the Public Services Department.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:

We hereby convey to the family of Mr. Harvey F. Brown our sincere condolences

and deepest sympathy. Mr. Brown was an outstanding employee with Public

Services Department and he will be missed by all who knew him.
