The terms of office of Mr. Fernando Verdree and Mr. Arthur Smith on the

Downtown Development Authority will expire on August 15, 2005. Mr. Verdree and

Mr. Smith are eligible to succeed themselves for their last term of office on

the board.



There are currently no women on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.
