Response Unless Council requires an additional buffer, the application will be

required to meet one of the three requirements under category C of the buffer

ordinance. These three options include: a 10 ft buffer with a 6 to 8 foot high

fence; 20ft buffer, with 3 canopy trees per 100 linear feet, 3 understory

trees per 100 linear feet and 20 shrubs/ornamental grasses per 100 linear feet;

or a 30 ft undisturbed natural vegetation buffer. In any case the buffer

requirements will be enforced by the Inspections and Code Division of

Community/Economic Development.
