Rezoning property located at 4923 Warm Springs Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District to GC (General
Commercial) District. (45-A-05-Jordan Electric Company, Inc.) (Councilor

(2) 2ND READING ?
An ordinance regulating vehicular traffic in Columbus, Georgia by
establishing/amending the parking restrictions along the following street
segments: Blackmon Road: Establishing a No Parking Anytime on the shoulder or
on the right of way, beginning at the south curb of Sonoma Pointe Drive and
running south along the east side of Blackmon Road a distance of 150 feet;
establishing a No Parking Anytime on school days on the shoulder or on the
right of way, beginning at the south curb of Sonoma Pointe Drive and running
north along the east side of Blackmon Road a distance of 930 feet; authorizing
the installation of official traffic control signs indicating said parking
restrictions; repealing any conflicting ordinances and for other purposes.

(b) Petition submitted by Eberhart Partners, to rezone approximately 1,10 acres
of property located at 2009 Lockwood Avenue from a RMF2 (Residential

The project consists of sewer and water system improvements including but not
limited to: approximately 2,200 feet of 48-inch reinforced concrete gravity
sewer, 1,200 feet of 42-inch reinforced concrete gravity sewer, 300 feet of
42-inch ductile iron pipe gravity sewer, 20 manholes, reconnection of sewer
service lateral and storm drain connections, approximately 3,100 feet of 6 to
12-inch ductile iron water main, valves, hydrants, service reconnections,
erosion and sedimentation control, and miscellaneous accessories.
