SUBJECT: PERSONNEL REVIEW BOARD







The terms of office of Ms. Veronis Hall and Mr. Emmitt Day on the Personnel

Review Board will expire on December 31, 2001. Ms. Hall serves as an alternate

member and is eligible to succeed herself. Mr. Day serves as the regular

member and is also eligible to succeed himself.



There are four regular members on this board residing in Senatorial District 16

and one regular member residing in Senatorial District 15. There are two

Senatorial District 16 representatives serving as alternate members and three

Senatorial District 15 representatives serving as alternate members.



Including Ms. Hall, there are currently three women serving on this board as

alternate members. Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of

the current members.
