An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 5150 Lakeshore Road from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District to

R-2 (Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to R-2 (Low Density Residential) District:



BEGIN at the southeast corner of the intersection of Lakeshore Road and Arnold

Drive and run east along the southern right-of-way of Arnold Drive a distance

of 150 feet to an iron stake; thence running south a distance of 332.78 feet to

an iron stake; thence running west a distance of 150 feet to an iron stake;

thence running north along the easterly right-of-way of Lakeshore Road a

distance of 332.78 feet to the point of beginning.
