Description Have the staff to check the records and determine whether or not
there was a condition in the ordinance requiring the developer to be
responsible for traffic signalization at Whitesville Road @ Lyons Drive. Let?s
go ahead and get started with this signalization, so that it will be ready when
the business opens. (Request of Councilor Henderson)
