AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY

ESTABLISHING/AMENDING THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS ALONG THE FOLLOWING STREET

SEGMENTS: ACACIA DRIVE ? ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ANYTIME, 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM

WEEKDAYS, ALONG THE NORTH CURB OF ACACIA DRIVE BEGINNING AT THE EAST CURB OF

ROSEMONT DRIVE AND RUNNING EASTERLY A DISTANCE OF 321 FEET; GURLEY DRIVE ?

ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ANYTIME, 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM WEEKDAYS, ALONG THE NORTH

CURB OF GURLEY DRIVE BEGINNING AT THE EAST CURB OF ACACIA DRIVE AND RUNNING

EAST TO THE WEST CURB OF CHALFONTE DRIVE, AND ALONG THE EAST CURB OF GURLEY

DRIVE BEGINNING AT THE NORTH CURB OF WARM SPRINGS ROAD AND RUNNING NORTH TO THE

SOUTH CURB OF CHALFONTE DRIVE; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC

CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING SAID PARKING RESTRICTIONS; REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING

ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.

The existing two-hour Parking from 8:00 AM ? 6:00 PM for the west curb

of Gurley Drive beginning on the north side of Warm Springs Road and running

north to south curb of Chalfonte Drive is hereby repealed.

SECTION II.

The existing No Parking Anytime for the east curb of Gurley Drive

beginning at the north curb of Warm Springs Road and running north to the south

curb of Chalfonte Drive is hereby repealed.

SECTION III.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or rank a vehicle along the

following described street segment between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

weekdays:

Acacia Drive ? along the north curb of Acacia Drive beginning at the

east curb of Rosemont Drive and running easterly a distance of 321 feet.

SECTION IV.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or rank a vehicle along the

following described segment between the hours of 8:00 AM ? 6:00 PM weekdays:

Gurley Drive ? along the north curb of Gurley Drive beginning at the

east curb of Acacia Drive and running east to the west curb of Chalfonte Drive

and along the east curb of Gurley Drive beginning at the north curb of Warm

Springs Road and running north to the south curb of Chalfonte Drive.

SECTION V.

Official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the

parking restrictions described herein Sections III and IV.

SECTION VI.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance

are hereby repealed.
