WHEREAS, Ann Hull, teacher at Woodall Psychoeducational Center, was recently

selected as a 2002 Teacher of the Year honoree;



WHEREAS, Teacher of the Year honorees in the Muscogee County School District

are selected based upon teaching excellence, and innovation in the classroom,

professional leadership and community involvement;
