A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO BAYBERRY DRIVE, SPURLIN

COURT AND AVIS COURT LOCATED IN SECTION SEVENTEEN, SWEETWATER VILLAGE ON BEHALF

OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.



WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, Bayberry Drive, Spurlin Court and Avis Court located in Section

Seventeen, Sweetwater Village; a full description of said property being shown

in said deed; and,



WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications

for acceptance by the City; and,



WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY

RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:



That certain deed dated the 13th day of February, 2003, conveying to

Columbus, Georgia, all of Bayberry Drive, Spurlin Court and Avis Court, located

in Section Seventeen, Sweetwater Village, be and the same is hereby accepted.

The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the

deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee

County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference

made a part of this Resolution.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held

the

25th day of _February, 2003, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative

vote of ___members of said Council.
