When the staff meets with the Department of Transportation, discuss with

them the possibility of moving up the road project at Veterans Parkway @

Whittlesey Road. (Request of Councilor Davis)

TREE BOARD:



Have the staff to schedule a Work Session with the City Arborist so that

she can go over the requirements and responsibilities of the board and explain

exactly what the board will be asked to look at, and the work that is going to

be required. Also, let?s delay the vote on the appointments until we get all

the nominees in from the different organizations. (Request of Councilor Davis)
