AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY

AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 20-7.2 ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS BY ADDING

CLEARVIEW CIRCLE AS A ONE-WAY STREET, DIRECTION: BEGINNING AT A POINT 430 FEET

WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND ONE-WAY RUNNING IN A

COUNTER-CLOCKWISE DIRECTION AROUND THE CIRCLE TERMINATING AT THE INTERSECTION

OF CLEARVIEW CIRCLE WITH CLEARVIEW CIRCLE; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF

OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING ONE-WAY OPERATION; REPEALING

CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION I.



Section 20-7.2 One-way Streets and Alleys is hereby amended by adding

Clearview Circle as a One-Way Street and providing Direction: Beginning at

point 430 feet west of the west curb of University Avenue and one-way running

in a counter-clockwise direction around the circle terminating at the

intersection of Clearview Circle with Clearview Circle.



SECTION II.



Official traffic control signs indicating one-way operation are

installed as described in Section I.





SECTION III.



All ordinances and parts of in conflict with this ordinance are hereby

repealed.
