Report of John Milam, Director of Golf

Project Update: With the additional work added to #5, the current

project is over budget by $12,000. There still remains a possibility

that work will be needed to eliminate the wet conditions to the left

side of #9 fairway. Overages can be made up by using love grass or

sprigs in place of sod.

*Bull Creek had revenue of $31,000 and expensed of $71,112 for the month

of March.

*Oxbow Creek had revenue of $14,981 and expenses of $40,372 for the

month of March.

Due to 2004 budget preparation, John Milam asked if the Golf Authority

planned to give employee raises for the coming year. A motion was made

by Richard Hagler and seconded by Rhudine Nelson to give the same raises

that the City gives.

There being no further business, motion was made by Dr. Earl Bagley and

seconded by Nancy Wilkeson to adjourn the meeting at 4:45 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

John Milam

Director of Golf
