The terms of office of Mr. Donald C. Bowman, Mr. Allen Denham and Ms.

Earnestine Thomas on the Building Authority of Columbus will expire on March

24, 2005. Mr. Bowman is eligible to succeed himself for another term of

office. Mr. Denham and Ms. Thomas are not eligible to succeed themselves, as

this will be the end of their second consecutive full term of office when their

current term expires.



Mr. Denham?s seat is appointed exclusively by the Mayor and

Mr. Bowman and Ms. Thomas? seats are filled by the nominations from the

Council.



There is currently one woman serving on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.
