The terms of office of Mr. Michael Corradino, Mr. Bradford Dodds, and

Mr. Rick McKnight on the Planning Advisory Commission will expire on March 31,

2004. Mr. Corradino and Mr. Dodds are eligible to succeed themselves; however,

Mr. Corradino does not wish to be reappointed.



As requested by the Council, we will check with the alternate members to

determine if there is an alternate member who desires to move up to a regular

member status.



We have also received several recommendations from the Greater Columbus

Home Builders Association, which are enclosed for your information.



Including Mr. McKnight, there are three regular members who reside in

Senatorial District 15. There are four regular members who reside in

Senatorial District 16, which includes Mr. Corradino and Mr. Dodds, as well as

one alternate member.



There is currently one woman serving on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.

This board serves in an advisory capacity to the Planning Division with regard

to a comprehensive plan or parts thereof for the development and redevelopment

of Columbus, (b) regulations for the subdivision of land and amendments

such matters as may be required by ordinance. It has seven regular and two
