An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3049, 3103, 3127, and 3151 Tower Road from M-1 (Light Manufacturing)

District to C-3 (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from M-1 (Light

Manufacturing) District to C-3 (General Commercial) District:



All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot

40 of the 8th District of Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being more

particularly described as REPLAT OF PARCEL 101 SUBDIVISION FOR W. T. HARVEY

LUMBER COMPANY on that certain plat prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason, and Vinson,

dated September 20, 2004, and recorded in Plat Book 152, Page 88, in the Office

of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
