The current terms of office of Mr. Peter Bowden, Mr. Neil Clark, Mr. Jack

Collins, Mr. Scott Ressmeyer and Mr. Kevin Welch, who serves as the Uptown

Business Association and Uptown Columbus Association?s representatives on the

Uptown Fa?ade Board will expire on October 31, 2003. Mr. Bowden and Mr.

Ressmeyer are not eligible to succeed themselves.



The President of the Uptown Business Association and Uptown Columbus will

be notified of these upcoming vacancies.
