RESOLUTION:
Prepare a resolution commending Tuskegee University, Morehouse and
Spellman Colleges to be sent to the president of each of these institutions.

REZONING MATTER:
Research the matter to find out when a petitioner makes application for a
rezoning and presents the plans for that piece of property and upon approval,
the construction is different from what was presented to Council; then, let?s
see if there is something in the law that could be done to prevent it.

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
IMMOBILIZATION OF VEHICLES:
When the administration meets with the merchants in the Uptown area, that
we bring the history of how we got to this point regarding the issues with
parking that came about because of the concerns of merchants in this area.

Also, look into this matter to make sure that the immobilization of
vehicles is not confined or targeted for enforcement only in the downtown
area. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
