Description Have the staff to provide a report as it relates to those rezoning
petitions that have been delayed or pulled after being heard by PAC, as there
is no defined timeline and they hold it indefinitely; look at it to determine
if there needs to be a certain timeline to bring it back, as it appears to be
some what of a burden for our staff. (Request of Councilor Allen)
