CONSENT AGENDA
(1) 2nd Reading ? Rezoning approximately 0.34 acres of property located at 2027
& 2031 6th Avenue from an R-4 District to an A-0 District. (9-CA-03-Wilson)
(Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)(Both the Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning
Division recommend conditional approval.)
(2) 2nd Reading - Rezoning approximately 4.15 acres of property located at the
SE corner of Veterans Parkway and 19th Street from R-1A and C-3 Districts to an
A-0 District. (10-CA-03-The Medical Center, Inc.) (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)(Both
the Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend
conditional approval.)
(3) 2nd Reading ? Amending the Parks and Recreation's pool fee
table to revise various fees and include fees for out of county residents for
FY04. (Budget Review Chairperson Pugh)
(4) 2nd Reading ? Amending and increasing the Police Department Budget
in the General Fund for FY03 by $24,939 for a total budget of $22,357,326.

(5) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for, and if
approved, accept a grant of $150,000 from the FY 2003 Bureau Of Justice
Assistance Mental Health Court Grant Program. These funds will be used to
support the implementation of a court program for offenders with mental
illness. (Councilor McDaniel)
(6) Resolution commending and congratulating Roderick Hood upon his
agreement with the Philadelphia Eagles and his outstanding play at both Carver
High School and Auburn University. (Councilor Allen)
(7) Resolution excusing Councilor Charles E. McDaniel, Jr. from the May
20, 2003 Council Meeting.
(8) Application of Mr. Ron Hamlett to temporarily close portions of 18th
Avenue and 17th Street on June 3 - 6, 2003 (rain date June 10 - 13, 2003) in
connection with the installation of speed tables.

Scope of RFP
Provide practice ammunition of various types and quantities on an ?as needed
basis? to the Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) to be utilized by
Public Safety Departments. The term of contract shall be for one year, with
the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal
will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.

walk-in service on some occasions, successful bidder shall have a business
located within a 25-mile radius of Muscogee County. The contract term will be
for one year, with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.
