O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 5019 Armour Road is proposed for
rezoning from R-2 (Low Density Residential) District to A-O (Apartment-Office)
District. (19-CA-05-Austin Group) (Councilor McDaniel) (The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional approval.)
(2) 1st Reading - Rezoning property located at 3898 Mulberry Drive is proposed
for rezoning from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District to R-3 (Medium
Density Residential) District. (20-CA-05-Baker) (Councilor McDaniel) (The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division recommend conditional
approval.)
(3) 1st Reading - An ordinance regulating vehicular traffic in Columbus,
Georgia by deleting from the ?official street map, City of Columbus, Georgia?
the street segment and right of way line of Bankers Boulevard from the North
right-of-way line of Bankers Boulevard South an approximate distance of 141
feet, declaring said street segment surplus for disposal in accordance with the
city code. (Councilor McDaniel)
R E S O L U T I O N S:
(4) Commending and congratulating the Northside Patriots Rifle Team upon
winning the first state championship in the history of Northside High School.

(5) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Dorothy A. Bertram upon her retirement with
the Traffic Engineering Department after over 22 years of service. (Mayor

(6) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Jackie C. Larkin upon his retirement with
the Sheriff/Uniform Division after 20 years of service. (Mayor Pro-Tem Rodgers)
(7) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Jimmy L. James, upon his retirement with the
Metra Transportation Department, after 38 years of service. (Mayor Pro-tem

(8) Conveying condolences to the family of Mr. Albert D. Forde, former employee
with the Columbus Public Services Department, who passed away on March 29,
