An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 5031 Milgen Court from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial)
District to GC (General Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from LMI (Light
Manufacturing / Industrial) District to GC (General Commercial) District:
Beginning at the northwest intersection of Milgen Court and the Rails to Trails
right-of-way and running north a distance of 195.0 feet to an iron pin; thence
running west a distance of 250.0 feet to an iron pin; thence running south a
distance of 15.0 feet to an iron pin; thence running east a distance of 5 feet
to an iron pin; thence running south a distance of 220.0 feet to a fence gate
post; thence running southeast a distance of 83.0 feet to the right-of-way line
of the Rails to Trails; thence running northeast along the Rails to Trails
right-of-way line a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron pin; thence running
northeast along the Rails to Trails right-of-way line a distance of 120.73 feet
to an iron pin that marks the point of beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on
the 21st day of June, 2005; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the ________ day of , 2005 and adopted at
said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
