The Columbus, Georgia, Board of Tax Assessors met Wednesday, 24 July, 2002, at

2:00PM with Chairman Beatrice Breaux, Assessors Lawton Grantham, Richard

Stallings, Ann Grantham and William Braxton present. Also present was Chief

Appraiser Martin J. Land



Assessor Lawton Grantham made a motion to approve Minutes # 28-02, Assessor Ann

Grantham second the motion, motion carried unanimously.



The Board of Tax Assessors reviewed and approved the applications for historic

exemption for parcels ID 004 011 001, 004 011 019, 004 011 020, 185 034 010,

and 008 005 001 for 2002.





Met with Residential Division Chief Bob O?Brien, reviewed and approved the
