WHEREAS, Mr. Roland W. Belcher with the Columbus Police Department

Investigative Services, retired on December 31, 2004;

WHEREAS, Mr. Belcher has been with the Columbus Police Department Investigative

Services since May 17, 1972.

NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:



This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful

service of

MR. ROLAND W. BELCHER



who has served with the Columbus Police Department Investigative services for

more than 24 years. We wish for him happiness and contentment in his

retirement.
