RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCES TO LONDON, ENGLAND:
Send a copy of the resolution expressing condolences to London, England to
Lt. Colonel Delehay, who is the British Liaison Officer at Ft. Benning, Georgia
and to Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice. (Request of Mayor Poydasheff).
Also let?s send a copy of the resolution to the Parliament of England.

REZONING ORDINANCE RESTRICTIONS:
Have the City Attorney to review all of the rezonings that the Council has
approved in a similar fashion as the Teen Challenge ordinance and attempt to
correct those rezonings. (Councilor Suber)

HISTORICAL PROPERTY:
Check into the ordinance relating to the destruction of historical
property to require a tougher penalty if something happens in the future.
(Councilor Suber) Check to see if the destruction of historical property that
is listed on the Federal registry considered a Federal crime. (Request of
Councilor Anthony)
Also research to see if businesses that destroy historical property if
their license could be suspended or revoked for a period of time. (Mayor
Poydasheff)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
CHURCH BUILDINGS:
Have the staff set up a workshop and establish a group to research church
buildings that are no longer being used for that purpose and are being utilized
by other groups or organizations in neighborhood communities to find out what
kind of restrictions are on the property and the zoning classifications.

Have the staff to provide periodically a report on the library

During the drive times of school hours, let?s check into providing some
police patrol. (Request of Councilor Allen)
Have the staff to provide a report on the five-year history regarding
accidents that have occurred on Cherokee Avenue. (Request of Councilor Davis)
