Have the staff to prepare a resolution expressing the Council?s
condolences in the passing of Chuck Williams? brother. (Request of Councilor

SECTION 8 HOUSING:
Have the staff to schedule a more detail briefing on the Section 8

EVENTS IN UPTOWN COLUMBUS:
Once the final report is submitted regarding the policies and procedures
for having events in Uptown Columbus, have the staff to schedule a Work Session
with the Council to go over this report. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
Have the staff to check with Savannah and other communities, to see how
they handle their outdoor events, St. Patrick?s Day, and/or street parties.

Have the staff to check and see who sets the parameters on the HUD
Counseling, and determine if that is part of their regulations now. (Request of

Have the staff to provide a copy of those Council District Maps to the
at-large Council members. (Request of Councilor Henderson)Also, have the staff
to look at putting these maps on the City?s website. (Request of Councilor
Allen) Also, have the staff to provide a condensed copy of these maps. (Request
of Councilor Hunter)
