The Board of Elections and Registration conducted a called meeting on September
10, 2002.

The Chairperson, Jan Dickens called the board meeting to order.
Mr. Bennie Parker was asked to attend the called board meeting so that he could
be made aware of the rules and regulations of Poll Watchers at the polls during
and election. Complaints from a poll manager constituted the calling of the
special board meeting.
Being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
