An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 5220 Boyd Drive from R-1A (Low Density Residential) District to R-2
(Low Density Residential) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density
Residential) District to R-2 (Low Density Residential):
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as LOT NUMBERED
TWENTY-SEVEN (27), BLOCK LETTERED ?B?, of that subdivision of land known as
DELANO HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat of said
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 76, in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the
particular dimensions and location of said lot.
