AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, BY AMENDING THE

CITY CODE SECTION 20-14.16 AREAS DESIGNATED FOR HANDICAP PARKING TO ESTABLISH A

HANDICAP PARKING SPACE ON BROADWAY BEGINNING 22 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF

11th STREET AND RUNNING SOUTH ALONG THE EAST CURB A DISTANCE OF 13 FEET;

AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING A

HANDICAP PARKING SPACE; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION I.



Section 20-14.16 titled Areas Designated for Handicap Parking is hereby amended

by adding the handicap parking area listed herewithin.



Broadway ? Handicap parking with a four (4) hour time limit beginning at a

point 22 feet south of the south curb of 11th Street and running south along

the east curb a distance of 13 feet.



SECTION II.



That official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the handicap

parking space described here within Section I.



SECTION III.



That all ordinances or parts of ordinances that are in conflict with this

ordinance are hereby repealed.
