Have the staff to send notification to the Soccer Association advising

them of the $32,500 grant we will be receiving to provide lighting for our

Have the staff to provide the Council with the list that was compiled

during last week?s Work Session as it relates to budget issues. (Request of

Councilor Allen)

UTILITY COMPANIES:



Have the staff to contact the utility companies and ask them to inform us

when they are making repairs or doing things in the neighborhoods so that we

can be aware of these things in the event there are problems that are

encountered by residents of those particular neighborhoods. (Request of

Councilor Woodson)
