I. AMENDED AND RESTATED HOCKEY AGREEMENT:



Authorization is requested to execute the Amended and Restated Hockey

Agreement with DVA Sports, L.L.C. An agenda report, resolution and agreement

are included.





II. QUIT CLAIM DEED:



Authorization is requested to declare 2.59 acres of right-of-way along

Adams Farm Drive as surplus and execute a quit claim deed in exchange for 3.94

acres of right-of-way along Whittlesey Boulevard and Adams Farm Drive. An

agenda reportand resolution are included.







III. EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT PENSION:



Authorization is requested to make payment in the amount of $11,064.57 from the

Pension Fund to the Employee Retirement System of Georgia. A resolution is

included.

Scope of RFP

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government, Engineering Department, with

geotechnical environmental services for soil and construction material testing

for the development or design of various construction projects on an ?as needed

basis?. The term of contract shall be for two years, with the option to renew

for three additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be contingent

upon the mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with qualified professional

negotiating consultants to accommodate property owners or schedule let dates

during the acquisition program on an ?as needed basis?. The term of contract
