delegation, thanking them for their assistance in obtaining the Hope VI Grant.

LAND TRUST:
Have the staff to do some research and determine whether or not the land
that Mr. Erickson will give to the City, if it is put in trust, who is going to

DEMOLITION OF SUBSTANDARD STRUCTURES:
In the future when we have properties brought forth for demolition, let?s
make sure that we have pictures as part of the presentation, so the public can
see what we are having to look at and why we are making the decisions that we

Have the staff to do some research and find out what the situation was and
why did the insurance company deal with the mortgagee (First Union Bank) rather

Have the staff to check with our Congressional delegation to see if there
are any funds available for Brownfields projects. (Request of Councilor Turner

ISSUES DEALING WITH THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY:
Have the staff to find out about those issues that are being discussed at
the Federal level that affects Georgia cities dealing with the Hispanic
community, and let?s follow-up on these things. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

WOODRUFF FARM SOCCER COMPLEX:
Have the staff to look at coming up with some kind of turf management
recommendation for the various fields. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

BULL CREEK GOLF COURSE:
Have someone to go out and check the Bull Creek Golf Course, as there is a
serious problem with drainage out there. (Request of Councilor McDaniel)
