WHEREAS, Mr. Johnny B. Robinson, with the Public Services Department, retired
on September 30, 2004;
WHEREAS, Mr. Robinson has been with the Public Services Department since
January 11, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. JOHNNY B. ROBINSON
who has served with the Public Services Department for more than 27 years. We
wish for him happiness and contentment in his retirement.

retired on September 30, 2004;
WHEREAS, Mrs Hearn has been with the Community Reinvestment Division since
January 18, 1985.
