An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 7836, 7932, and 7936 Shinn Drive from R-1A (Low Density Residential)

District to R-3B (Patio Home / Zero Lot Line) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from R-1A (Low Density

Residential) District to R-3B (Patio Home / Zero Lot Line):



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as LOTS NUMBERED ONE

HUNDRED SIXTEEN ?A? (116A), ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN ?B? (116B), AND SEVENTEEN (17),

of that subdivision of land known as REPLAT OF LOTS 116A, 116B, & 17, LLOYD

SHINN SUBDIVISION, PART OF LAND LOT 60, 8TH DISTRICT, COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE

COUNTY, GEORGIA, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision

recorded in Plat Book 152, Page 176, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the

particular dimensions and location of said lot.
