An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 4235 St. Mary?s Road, from A-O (Apartment-Office) District to R-1A

(Low Density Residential) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from A-O

(Apartment-Office) District to R-1A (Low Density Residential) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 128

of the Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and

designated as Parcel 100 on that certain map or plat entitled ?REPLAT OF LYING

IN LAND LOT 128, COWETA RESERVE COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA?, which map

or plat is dated August 22, 2000; was prepared by Hobbs Smith & Associates,

Inc., and is duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 142, Page 57; and reference to such map

or plat is made for the exact metes and bounds description of said tract herein

conveyed.
