TO THE CITY MANAGER:
TRUCK TRAFFIC ON MOON ROAD:
Let?s make sure that we start enforcing the no truck traffic law that we
have on the books; thus eliminating those trucks from using Moon Road. (Request
of Mayor Pro Tem Rodgers)

LULLWATER APARTMENTS PROPOSED REZONING:
Have the staff to look into the statement made by Mr. Jeffcoat in that
they have been told by the Inspections & Code Division that they will be unable
to bring construction traffic back through the occupied area, while continuing
their construction. (Request of Councilor Allen)
Also, have the staff to explain the difference in construction traffic
going by the apartments versus going by the residential homes. (Request of
Councilor Turner Pugh)

SUBSTANDARD HOUSING:
Have the staff to provide further information on this request regarding
the substandard housing on Illges Road that was made on last week, and said if
it doesn?t make the building code or health department code, let?s put a big
sign on the right of way, telling who owns this property. (Request of Councilor
Smith)

REMOVAL OF A BURNED BUILDING:
Have the staff to go over the guidelines when a house burns in a
neighborhood and what our process is, to have that structure removed. (Request
of Councilor Turner Pugh)
COLUMBUS HOUSING INITIATIVE:
Have the staff to ask Columbus Housing Initiative to bring an update on
where they are with the housing projects. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)
