A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO PEPPERTREE COURT AND

SAFFRON COURT LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, PEPPERTREE II ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,

GEORGIA.



WHEREAS, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, Peppertree Court and Saffron Court located in Section Four, Peppertree

II, a full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,



WHEREAS, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications

for acceptance by the City; and,



WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets for acceptance by the City; and recommends acceptance of same.



NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES AS:



THAT certain deed dated the 3rd day of December 2001, conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, all of Peppertree Court and Saffron Court located in Section Four,

Peppertree II, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is

hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office

of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said

deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.



Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the

11th day of December 2001, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote

of members of said Council.
