The current terms of office of Mr. Frank Etheridge and Dr. Clifton Johnson

on the Columbus Ironworks Convention & Trade Center Authority will expire on

October 24, 2004. Mr. Etheridge is eligible to succeed himself for one

additional 3-year term of office. Dr. Johnson is not eligible to succeed

himself as this will be the end of his second full term of office on the board

when his current term expires.



Members of this board are nominated by the Mayor and confirmed by the

Council.



All but one of the five members of this board resides in Senatorial

District 16. There is currently one woman serving on this board.



Enclosed is a copy of our data sheet, as well as a list of the current

members.

Charge/ Mission

This board was established to supervise the manager, employees, buildings,

grounds and operations of the Columbus Iron Works Convention and Trade Center.

It has five (5) members, all of which are nominated by the Mayor and confirmed

by the Columbus Council. Members shall be qualified voters of Columbus.
