Planning Division recommend conditional approval.) (Delayed from meeting of

(2) 1st Reading ? Amending Ordinance No. #03-90 which rezoned property on the

south side of Veterans Parkway, between Lullwater Apartments and Turnberry Lane

from an R-1 District to an A-0 District, so as to delete condition Nos. 5 and 6

and to substitute a new condition No. 5. (48-A-04-Developers-Investors, Inc.)

Division recommend approval.)



(3) 1st Reading ? Amending the text of the Zoning Ordinance to allow services

operations such as meat storage, cutting and distribution; milk bottling and

distribution; ice cream manufacture; printing; bookbindery; lithography; and

publishing, as a Special Exception Use in the C-3 zoning district.

(7) 2nd Reading - Amending the Budgets for the fiscal year 2004 beginning July

1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004, for the General Fund of the Consolidated

Government of Columbus, Georgia in the amount of $121,188,248, appropriating

amount shown to adjust department budgets to meet the legal levels of control.
