Effective August 6th, 2003, Environmental Court will now meet twice on the

first Wednesday of the month and twice on the third Wednesday. The times the

sessions will begin are 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Example:



August 6th, 2003 session 1 @ 9:00 a.m.

August 6th, 2003 session 2 @ 2:00 p.m.



August 20th, 2003 session 1 @ 9:00 a.m.

August 20th, 2003 session 2 @ 2:00 p.m.



And so forth. Please forward this memo to the appropriate individuals within

your departments. Hopefully this will be a smooth transition and will be a
