I. GENERAL OBLIGATION SALES TAX BONDS REIMBURSEMENT:
Authorization is requested for the reimbursement of original
expenditures for the Trade Center and Library Projects in the maximum principal
amount of $10,000,000 from the sale of General Obligation Sales Tax Bonds,
Series 2003 and to declare official intent to issue the Series 2003 Bonds. An
agenda report and resolution are included.
II. AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION # 72 - 71 - BOARD APPOINTEES AND ATTENDANCE IN
MEETINGS POLICY:
Authorization is requested to amend Resolution 72 - 71 to provide that
a Board position becomes vacant if the appointee misses three unexcused
meetings in a twelve-month period. An agenda report and resolution are
included.
III. ACCEPTANCE OF STREET AND DETENTION POND ? ESTHER COURT:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Esther Court
and the Detention Pond located in Jenkins Place Subdivision. The Department of
Engineering has inspected this street and detention pond and recommends the
acceptance. An agenda report, resolution and map are included.

Scope of Bid
Provide six (6) steam-cleaning machines four (4) fixed and two (2) portable, to
Columbus Consolidated Government, Public Services Department. The City will
purchase on as ?as needed basis? approximately 600 gallons of soap, which
equates to 7,200 gallons per year.
2. Commercial Trash Loader ? Bid No. 03-0015
Scope of Bid
Provide Two (2) Commercial Trash Loader Units to be used by the Integrated
Waste Division of the Public Services Department.

Scope of Bid
Provide welding and fabrication services on an ?as needed? basis for
various facilities and equipment owned by the City. The term of the contract
period shall be for one year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional
twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.

Scope of Bid
Provide pest control services for eighty-three (83) City owned
buildings. Contract requirements include the control of pests (plus mites,
ticks and spiders), rodents and reptiles. The term of the contract period
shall be for one year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional
twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.

services on an ?as needed basis?. The term of contract shall be for two years,

Scope of RFP
Provide Columbus Consolidated Government with a qualified professional
negotiating consultant to accommodate property owners or schedule let dated
during the acquisition program on an ?as needed basis?. The term of contract
shall be for two years, with an option to renew for three additional
twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual
agreement of the City and the Contractor.
