An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 2009 Lockwood Avenue from RMF2 (Residential Multi-Family 2) District

to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the

Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby

amended by changing the following described property from RMF2 (Residential

Multi-Family 2) District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated as ALL OF LOT TWENTY-TWO (22), DR. J.M. BAIRD?S SUBDIVISION NO. TWO

(2) OF THE EBERHART PLACE, as shown upon a map or plat entitled ?Survey of Lots

2 & 22, Dr. J.M. Baird?s Subdivision No. 2, of the Baird?s Subdivision No. 2 of

the Eberhart Place, Part of Land Lot 72, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee

County, Georgia? prepared by Hobbs, Smith & Assoc., Inc. under date of March

10, 2005. Said lot shall also be referenced in Plat Book 1, Folio 9, in the

Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
