Dear Ms. Vaughn:
Congratulations to your organization on its recognition by the Department of
Community Affairs for qualifying as a Community Housing Development
Organization (CHDO). Because of this action, the Columbus Consolidated
Government will also recognize the Columbus Housing Initiative as a local CHDO.
While this is not a letter of commitment for funding from our local HOME funds,
it is identifying your efforts as an organization to assist low and moderate
families and individuals under the requirements of the CHDO program. We
continue to encourage your hard work in providing opportunities to our citizens.
