An Ordinance repealing Chapter 11A (Floodplain Ordinance); Chapter 18, Article

V (Outdoor Cafes); Chapter 17C (Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control);

Chapter 17D (Stormwater Management); Chapter 17E (Sign Regulations); Chapter

18A (Subdivisions); Chapter 20A (Tree Preservation and Replacement); and

Chapter 22 (Zoning), and adopting the Unified Development Ordinance effective

March 1, 2005.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



SECTION 1.



The new Unified Development Ordinance attached hereto is hereby adopted

and shall become effective March 1, 2005.



SECTION 2.



Chapter 11A (Floodplain Ordinance); Chapter 18, Article V (Outdoor Cafes);

Chapter 17C (Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control); Chapter 17D (Stormwater

Management); Chapter 17E (Sign Regulations); Chapter 18A (Subdivisions);

Chapter 20A (Tree Preservation and Replacement); and Chapter 22 (Zoning) are

hereby repealed effective March 1, 2005.



SECTION 3.



Within one year of the effective date of this ordinance, a written

report shall be prepared and submitted to the Council by the Planning Division,

identifying any changes or additions that are needed to improve said ordinance.



SECTION 4.



All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance

are hereby repealed.
